Goose or gander

The dot on the head could also of been a way to identify the bird as well. Maybe they were sexed and the boys got a dot on their heads. One thing geese teach you is to second guess yourself. I think you still have a pair but we all question it until we see that first egg.

The undercarriage of the goose doesn't hang as low as the ganders that why I'm a but suspicious.

Do you know how old they are? my females undercarriage is really starting to hang getting ready for breeding and egg laying I assume. She does this every year she'll be 5yrs old in April

Can you get close up pics that shows front view of both?

So I bought a pair of geese and I'm wondering if the person who sold me the geese lied to me..I'm going to post a picture and I just wanted someone to tell me wether it's a goose or a gander (the person who sold me the geese seemed fairly sketchy )

My experience with my geese, I have African, Buffs and Sebbie's. Males tend to have longer skinnier necks while the ladies of shorter stockier necks. Also, the "humps" or "rumps" on adult females hang closer to the ground than males.
