Goose purring noise what's that about?

Last night, I was holding one of my goslings on my lap, he settled down and started making this random humming/purring type noise periodically. He seemed very content when he did it, not flailing or struggling at all. I hope it was a contented noise LOL Ideas anyone?

If it's the sound I'm thinking of, I call it their "nighty-night"-sound. Goslings often make it when they're content and just about to fall asleep.

Aww well now I wont want to set him down if he does it LOL It's sort of an exhale noise. Very bass and short bursts. YAY he loves me after all
