Goose question

when are geese fully mature and start laying eggs

Its been so long since I've had geese, I'm trying to remember! It seems to me, that I was using goose eggs one year for Thanksgiving baking and those were early spring babies I had, hatched in April I think. Not much help I know, maybe somebody with geese will see this and can give the correct answer!

i think it's up to a year old, depending on when they are born...

My female goose was hatched in late july so when do you think she will lay eggs

If they are hatched in the spring, the next spring they should be laying.
