Goose sitting

I am new to geese. I have a breeding pair of geese. The female built a nest laid about 6 eggs but does not seem to sit on them full time. I tried putting them in their pen 24/7 but she does not seem to stay on the nest except at night and she is agitated she can't get out of the pen during the day. Should I take the eggs and put them in my incubator and let them roam as normal??

like hens a goose has to be broody so I would put them in an incubator

She also may not be finished with her clutch My goose has always laid 8-9 eggs before going broody.

She is not done laying yet. Let her be and she should set them once she's laid a few more. 6 is not full clutch typically. Good to hear she is setting on them at night, that's a good sign.
