Goose sounds like it has a cough

I noticed today my goose is making a cough noise or clearing his or her throat no eats yet her or his partner is fine it’s not making that noise all the time but I’m concerned any advice

How old are they? Have you noticed any other symptoms like sitting around a lot, not being as active as the other?
