My geesse eggs are hatching. There in the coop with mama goose. But there having trouble getting out of the shell. So far I have lost 3, and found one trying to finish hatching today, so I help it out. And is fine with mama goose. Why are they having so much trouble hatching.

Let me first say that I have never raised geese from eggs. However, I used to raise canaries. I would spritz the eggs or the underneath of the hen with a mist of water the last day or two to make sure there was enough humidity so the little ones did not get stuck on the egg shell. That is similar to those who use an incubator to hatch eggs. The humidity is increased in the incubator the last couple days. You have already lost babies. It probably wouldn't hurt to give a quick mist to see if that helps.

I had this happen with a few of my chicks. I do not know what the best option is, when they get stuck to the shell, it is most likely game over, I helped one hatch that hap the egg shell stuck to it, it had fully zipped, but it was stuck to the egg, so I just carefully broke through most of the shell, around it, and put it back into the incubator
