I am very interested in putting my gopro hero3 into my incubator during the lock-down period so i can catch a nice close-up of the hatch. Have any of you had any experience with doing this with ANY type of camera or a GoPro Hero?

love this idea. lol i just posted on another thread about maybe using a plumbers snake cam keep us posted if you do this

That is definitely one to be done, and posted on YouTube afterwards - with a link here for us to see, of course!

From what I've read online, my hero 3 should be able to handle the heat and humidity. I was worried about battery life since the cam will have to be put in during the lock-down period, but then I realized that the camera can be powered on with my wireless remote

I'll definitely share any footage I can catch.

idk... The camera will be in a protective case, will the required amount of humidity fog the case?

There a thread on here "new ways to grow and hatch a duck embyro " I think some of his utube footage could have been done like this I don't know how to link it. Sorry not very good with computers. What are you going to be hatching
