Gordon Ramsey Scrambled eggs

Very interesting, I'll give it a try! I guarantee I'll put mine back on the heat and finish cooking it after I taste it though, lol. I don't like wet scrambled eggs.

I always thought the same. But slow and steady and you wont regret it (I hope). I was grossed out but gave it a shot and dont regret the experience. Remember if u add sour cream towards the end it will seem moist anyway.
I hope you like it

This recipe make a lot more work for scrambled eggs. I have made it several times and it is really interesting. It does something different to the eggs. They are smaller scrambles but turn out so light and fluffy. I've been over cooking eggs my whole life. Sour cream and green onion works well in this preparation.

They are more work but oh so good. I didn't watch the video again but I believe he uses creme fraiche instead of sour cream. Imo creme fraiche is more mild than sour cream but I've used both & sometimes neither. Yummy

I'd call them moist more than wet. If you're worried about the texture, rather than putting back on heat just let them sit in the still warm pot a few extra minutes after cooking. I hope you like them
