Gordon Ramsey Scrambled eggs

I've been thinking about this lately as I was wondering why my Mum makes such tasty scrambled eggs compared to mine. I realised it's because she cooks them slower on a low heat, lots of butter, stirring often and having only beaten them when in the pan. Not unlike this recipe I guess! I will definitely try it now, thanks for sharing.
 
You win! I just made it for breakfast and it tastes great. Lol
I started it doing exactly as the chef does, but now I use a non-stick frying pan & just remove pan from heat often, gently scraping the pan the entire time. I find clean-up to be easier. I'm glad you tried & enjoyed, they're worth the extra effort.
