I caught that part, I was just wondering if I was right that it would take a silver partridge roo covering this hen to get silver partridge chicks? What would you get if you covered her with a brown partridge roo? (immediate answers her own question - a hen under a roo!)

Good question...I am not sure what you would get with a partridge roo over silver partridge hens. We have a pen with a silver partridge roo over silver partridge pullets. They are just not quite old enough yet...so results are still up in the air.

wow can somebody clue me in on why this pullet is so much money? is this a rare color? or just a great show bird or what?

Cause she is just that stinkin' beautiful. I have no clue if they are a rare color but I think so based on I've never seen one on the auction board before. It's so tempting to hit that bid button.
