Gosling ate my earring

My 4 week old Toulouse was loving up on me, went for my earring a couple of times but I stopped her and before I realized it (thought she was chewing my hair) she quickly took out my stud.

I tried grabbing her since she was just chewing on it but by the time I could, as she ran, she swallowed it. I'm not 100% what kind it is but it's likely 18k gold since I'm allergic to anything besides stainless steel, it was a stud with a gold ball at the end. She didn't get the back.

What should I watch for? Anything I can do to rush it along? Vet isn't an option

It might end up in her gizzard, you may not see it again, unfortunatly.
It likely won't hurt her.

It’s hard to say if you’ll ever see it again but @nuthatched is right, it probably won’t cause any issues because it’s gold.
