Gosling plucking other duckling bald!!

My gosling is in a brooder with a Pekin duckling. They are two weeks old now and I just realized over the last couple of days that the gosling is plucking the Pekin’s back bald! Any suggestions on how I can put a stop to this? She’s got some pretty sore looking spots. I feel terrible

Goslings will sometimes noodle other birds bald. Unfortunately, I had to separate my gosling who did that from a chick friend.
