Gosling question

I just recently bought two toulouse goslings. The question that I have is one of them is starting to lose a little bit of down on there back and has a little bit of scabs in that area of loss down. Does anyone know what could be wrong? The other is fine and both are not showing signs of sickness.

The one is probably overpreening the other one. If you can, provide them with a stuffed animal, remove the eyes from it. They'll preen the stuffed animal instead of each other.

Hopefully the stuffed animal will stop it but it didn't work for one of mine and I eventually had to seperate her from the rest because when their feathers started coming in she was pulling those out too. She had an obsession with pulling them everytime she walked by them while they were in the brooder. Just watch closely to see if it stops. Good luck with your goslings
