Gosling Sexing

Hopefully these guys are old enough to sex. I ordered them sexed as females from Metzer but I suspect one is a gander.

The one I suspect is a gander is significantly larger than the other and it’s bill looks more robust. Probably not important, but it also has angel wing in both wings. They are almost 9 weeks old. The first picture is of the smaller one that I am sure is female. The second is the bigger one that I suspect is a gander.

I'd never be able to sex at the age yours are. I didn't even do a good job when i tried to vent sex my gander when he was tiny. I just knew he was a she.

They sure are adorable goslings though.

Thank you! I love them and their personality is so different from the ducklings. Certainly more attitude!

I completely neglected to mention in my first post that they are Africans. Doh!
