Hard to say if it's broken is a vet an option? I'd pen the gosling up with a buddy for 3-4 days and see if that makes any difference when we keep using something that is injured it takes a lot longer for it to heal. Make a way for the gosling to have pool time if at all possible that is good therapy some good poultry vitamins can help too or even some good B complex vits TSC has this and just add to water

Leg problems in water fowl can sometimes be due to niacin deficiency, so adding B vitamins is a good suggestion. I always sprinkle brewer’s yeast powder on my ducklings’ and goslings’ food.
