RG hope you start feeling better cipro will do the trick. I guess the heat is getting to me. My husband did not want the air on yet and I said after today it is going on! I get feeling really sick when I get too hot anymore. Can not tolerate heat well anymore nor supper cold. But have to go out in it anyway to do chores.

See if my Israelite way works. Just wear your cotton or linen loose. It helps me tremendously. Even when it is that humid heat. You know, too, some of the meds we take don't make that any easier, either.

I just noticed that I did not put that on this thread. Anyway, in the heat, I wear long sleeves, loose blouses, natural fibers(cotton or linen). I wear a vented straw cowboy hat, but any nice brimmed straw hat works well. Also wetting a bandana and putting it around your neck helps. If I wear short sleeves or sleeveless or shorts outside, I am miserable. I am in jeans and what I described above. Any natural fibers work well. You always wonder in the Bible how our ancestors wore all that stuff in the desert? They were actually cooler. It took me trying that to believe it. The less you wear the worse the sun is on you. The clothing is a protective barrier. The natural fibers wick away he sweat and keep you cooler. I also stick to lighter colors.

Hope you feel better, sweetie!

Ok now the truth comes out I wear my cotton pajama's out in the heat. No one can see me so that is why I do it!

You take it easy too RG because when you have to take cipro it knocks the crap out of you and gets that nasty stuff gone. At least you think about not giving it to others. Most would not care and go and spread the stuff around. By touching everything and then we go and touch the same things and here we go and get it. I like when they have the wipes that you can wipe the basket handle off with.
Get well my new goosey friend....

AHHHHH! So what!!!!!!!! It's your property and nobody else's business right? My response would be what are you doing looking? It would be one thing if you were out in Victoria's Secret lingerie, right? I feel pretty decent during the day and in the morning and at night, I remember I am sick. I strongly believe in infection control. I like those wipes too. I'm not a germaphobe, but we try to do what we can. I am even wearing gloves to turn the eggs and not handling the birds much right now. I just think its a good practice.

You rest yourself. You know us medical people are sometimes the worst patients. I will behave because you told me to, and because I respect and care for you. Promise!

SHALOM(that's a big one!)

Miss Lydia, I forgot to ask you...what is the most updated, color pictures APA SOP out right now? Is it the 2010? I found that one for $60.00. If there is a newer edition, I would rather get that one, but 2010 is fine.
