Goslings Fed Layer Feed for 2 Months

You'll get there, breeding wise that is. I got lucky with my pair and all I had to do was collect the eggs. In no time flat, you are going to have a good sized flock of Poms running around and bossing everything on your property around as well.
I didn't collect the eggs this year. I just let my goose do all the work. Unfortunately, we had poor results. Next year I'll incubate the eggs.

I let the goslings run around the yard for several hours this morning. The gander kept an eye on them for me. Thank you for the encouragement.

If you only let them out for a few hours here and there they should do fine. Keep a good eye on those precious little ones!
They are getting time on the grass. I think they need it to be healthy, even at this age. I just want them to know this is home before I let them out all day. They are so cute. After about an hour of grazing and running around they start getting really clumsy and fall asleep where they are standing. We are supposed to get three straight days of rain, so there will be lots of grass for them to eat. Maybe I won't have to cut the grass with 8 geese.
