Does anyone know what kind of chicken this is it looks like it has a crest.

What color are its legs and feet? Does it have feathers down its legs? How many toes does it have?

Those facts would help us make a better guess. Looks like a cute chickie!

Looks Polish. Silver laced maybe. But we need to see the body, tail, feet.

here are some more pics, the feet are bluish gray have no feathers on them and have 3 toes in the front and 1 located farther on the backside of the leg

It does look like a silver laced polish. Cute little guys, huh? You may want to look up instructions on how to give him a haircut later when his crest gets in his eyes. That way he will be able to see other chickens and will have a better chance of defending self if need be. Plus, just finding food and water is easier when you can see. But maybe you've had polish before and I'm preaching to the choir.
