got a humidity gauge and a PC fan. Now what??

Do I go ahead and place it in the empty bator and watch the temp? I also added water to the bator last night and the temp held steady, not sure if it is due to adding the water or turning on our baseboard heat in the dining room where it is sitting?

Any info is welcome, Tuesday will be here soon.

Personally I'd mount the fan on the inner roof of the incubator (if possible) to enable the warmest air at the top to be circulated.

I'd also be inclined to turn off the baseboard heater.

Now switch the incubator on, let it settle for 24 hours to see what temperature and humidity it's sitting at.

After 24 hours, check temperature and humidity, and tweak as necessary and check again in 1 hours time.

Increasing/decreasing humidity can be done by experimenting with containers of different sizes, and in different locations in the incubator.

I've got mine set at 100F and 55% humidity after doing much research, but many people report personal successes at different temperatures and humidity.

Had to take the fan back to Radio Shack and get the one that I was going to get in the first place.

Now we are up and running, trying to regulate the heat, which is working pretty well.

The only thing, this is NOT the quiest fan I have ever heard.

Had to rig the fan where the actual LG fan is suppose to go, that was fun.
