Is giving me her 6 ladies due to a transfer. I have had several people tell me different things on the induction of the new ladies to my girls which I have 10-22 weeks old. 1. To put the ladies on a perch at night. The other was to keep apart for 30 days. Which is the best way I'm aware of there is a pecking order.

Welcome to BYC. Even though they are from a known, apparently healthy source, they should be kept separate from your existing flock for at least 2 weeks. In my opinion the 'putting them on the perch, and everything will be good' is urban legend. For me a gradual integration has always worked best.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Definitely isolate the new girls in a "look don't touch" arrangement for about 2 weeks. Then allow the two flocks to intermingle in a LARGE area with lots of places to duck and run. There will be pecking to establish the new pecking order.
Allow the two sub-flocks to return to their respective spaces to roost for the evening. They will eventually integrate and all roost together.
Is your coop large enough for the combined numbers?
