Any Home Bakers Here?

Very minimal "baking" for this recipe, but definitely cooking involved. I made a blackberry earl grey tart for my tea party this week. It involved a lot of standing over the stove and rechecking my recipe to monitor and translate "when it becomes thick and bubbly."

"Blackberry earl grey" ? Hmm 😋 I think that might be the best way to have earl Grey i have ever heard of!!

It was actually really tasty. I took some taste tests during the assembly. The blackberry jam was a bit tart and the earl grey cream was a bit oversweet by themselves, but once every when together, Yumm!

I never would have thought of making an earl Grey cream, I love this thought!
