How old are they? Are they molting(losing feathers)?

How old were they when they started laying? Are they going through a molt? Is your weather very hot? Lots of things can put hens off laying for awhile.

Your pullets are pretty young. They may just be trying to get into a rhythm for laying. Sometimes it takes a bit for them to get on a consistent schedule. In addition, if there is anything stressing them out, that can effect their laying schedule, as can the shortening days. Chickens can also experience molting as young as 5 months so that would be a possibility as well. Hopefully they will start up again soon.

As the other greeters have said, there are several reasons why egg production can slow down or stop: stress, age of chickens, molting, temperatures, hours of daylight. There is also the broodiness factor, nutrition, health and breed to consider. You have to look at the various reasons and adjust or fix the ones you can. Some things, like molting, you can't do a lot about other than wait it out and once they are ready to lay again, they will.

many thanks for your advice there 2 weeks off being 6 months stopped laying wednesday found bit of blood on straw and in one of there droppings not alot got them from good dairy farm there looked after wormed vaccinated feed them just layers pellets looked into what to feed them there out of coop all day eating what they find ie worms grass bugs how many times aday should i feed heard if there active need more food members on here told me to buy oyster shell black oil sunflower seeds
