Maybe he's some kind of game/jungle fowl mix? He's got the really long legs which make me think those 2... He's really pretty!

The barred pullet I don't think is a BR -- BR have yellow legs with gray on the front. Yours has either greenish or slate legs (can't tell between the two), so maybe a mix on her too. The others are most likely a NHR (the lighter one) and a RIR (the darker one). You have a very nice flock!!
