It looks fabulous.Thank you for all the friendly welcomes. Here's a quick photo of the coop (before I'd cleaned up the jobsite). Its another 'Wichita' coop variant. 6'x10', planning to kick off with 4 chickens, and maybe add a few more as the flock ages and slows down laying.
I designed the framing using the free version of Autodesk Fusion 360 (would have preferred to use SketchUp but the free version doesn't let you create a parts list from the design). That sounds very grand, but I'm a novice at construction (and using Fusion 360), so I have lots of lessons learned I can share. Big reason for building my own was the fun of learning.
