got court tommorrow ugh *UPDATE*

well like i said i gotta go at 9:00 am they came on my property the 11th of this month went into my back yard without even knocking on my door didnt even close my gate and left a court paper on my door step now tommorrow im gonna tell that magistrate that they are not to come on my property again without knocking because its breaking and entering i cant believe they actually think thats ok to do just walts right into my yard. and i also think im going to make to point that dogs leave you presents that smell and im pretty sure they dont taste better than eggs and chickens on the dangerous animal list are right above slugs and snails ugh makes me angry so my babies are moved to an agricuture zoning area now and i have to ride a mile every morning evening and night just to feed water ect... and it makes me mad that they think these birds are more harmful to humans that a flying bird thay can carry the avian influenza which all my birds are vaccinated for and im gonna show that magistrate that my birds are healthy and clean creatures. clairese is coming to court with me to show they can be clean oder less and actually listen better than some dogs anyways any tips would be great


no offence to anyone who has a flying type of bird some are beautiful some not so much and they beautiful-er when kept in the house lol away from harm

and if any of you are a code enforcer no offence to you some actually knock and some are rude thats not all but some

You might re-think your approach, magistrates don't take kindly to being 'told' things. I just can't understand choosing to keep chickens in an area where they're prohibited, and then being angry when you're told to obey the law

I used to work night shift, so one day I went into my kitchen in my nightshirt. I looked out my sliding glass door, and there were 3 people sitting on my patio set doing paperwork! Talk about an invasion of privacy!

well im not being angry for being told to obey the law im angry that i wasnt told ahead of time. and i never would of had code enforcement if that cop didnt harass my mother and he threatened to call code enforcement if my mother called 911 to report him and i cant believe he did after he assulted her thats what makes me angry im a 19 year old girl who doesnt take bad things well ive had alot of that in my life and i just dont like being told to get rid of my chickens there so special to me and thanks for the tip on telling the magistrate what i think i will def take that into concideration

Even if this happens to me in the near future with my 22 chickens as my pets. I would do the same thing as I would fight to keep my flock of 22 Polish pets. I consider my birds clean and as pets much like a dog or cat would
