He does an awesome job of packing them!
The box was clearly labeled in hopes the PO would be gentle with them:

They were double-boxed:

Each egg was taped in bubblewrap individually, then all were put into a carton, topped with another carton and taped again:

It was a beautiful assortment of eggs:

There were 7 silkie eggs and 2 bantam cochin eggs. They rested for 5 hours after being unwrapped. All are in the incubator as of last night. I candled for cracks and there were none.

I sure hope these Silkies work their evil Silkie magic on me. SO far I haven't met a Silkie I wanted to keep. All of ours so far were pretty, but aloof. Never the snugglers that my millies have been. And they were raised with the same TLC that turned my millies into snuggle bunnies!

SO maybe these will live up to the Silkie Mystique....
