Got medicated feed by mistake.

I have never used medicated feed before. I just got 50lbs for my approximately 2 month old turkey group by mistake. The feed store is closed now. Will it hurt them to feed that bag out. They are not sick. Ugh. Can't believe they gave me the wrong bag.

Don't know anything about turkeys, but since it's not what you wanted to buy I'd take it back.

I make my hubby check feed bag tags whenever they load them in the car, just to make sure we don't get the wrong product since many brand's bags look similar other than tag.

If it contains amprolium, then I don't think it would hurt your turkey to eat it since you can use amprolium to treat coccidiosis in turkeys:

yes I gave my chicks medicated and it helped more than it hurt

I always give my chicks medicated feed until they are on layer pellets. But, I'd probably take the bag back just because it annoys me to bring home the wrong thing. I opened a 50# bag of pellets once by mistake and still took it back. It was supposed to be crumbles and my girls don't like pellets. They took it back with no problem. It's a 30 mile drive back to the store, so that's what's annoying.
