Got my chickens today - when will they start to lay?

I got 3 rhode islands corssed with light sussexs today and there busy settling in now. Apparently they are 19 weeks old, when will they start to lay?

And ive only got 1 nest box is that okay
 
1 nest box should be ok. I think one nest for 3 to 4 hens is the norm. I think they should start laying around 24 to 26 weeks. Could be sooner or a little longer. Sometimes a new home will upset them a little and slow things down.

They should start laying in about 6 weeks. Give or take a week. 1 nest box will be enough for 3 hens. Although 2 would be better just in case 2 hens needed to lay at the same time.
 
Maize layed her first egg yesterday! Havnt had any more today tho
