Got my pullets today - trimmed beaks? Feeding advice!

Hi everyone!

I got my pullets today, and it looks like 2 have had their upper beaks trimmed. I have an organic chicken scratch for them, do you think that will be OK, or should I be giving them something else?

oops- I meant to say that I have a layer mash for them (with some scratch on the side)!
