Got my Quail!

I had a nice visit with CattCobb yesterday and picked up 3 dozen Texas A&M quail from her.

I got a mix of ages and all are healthy and we have gotten three eggs today. My son really likes them and helped me build cage stands today. Tomorrow we are going to build some breeder cages so we can keep better records.

I dont have any A & M s yet but hopefully next spring! I have jumbo browns in normal brown, tibetan, speckled tibetan and golden.

I think the golden jumbos are beautiful! I've already been cruising the quail hatcheries for them. I am determined to put off ordering them until spring. We'll just have to wait and see if I can hold out that long.
