Did you clean it and put plain antibiotic ointment on it? Did you look him over for any other injuries?
Yes, I did. I looked at him very well examined him to make sure he had no other injuries it seems. He only picked him and pulled out his feathers on his head and yes, I did clean it and put antibiotic on it.

I had 2 Polish pullets, and they would get feather picked on top of the head feathers like that every now and then. I got BluKote spray, a blue die with gentian violet, and sprayed it on the red spot every other day. That would stop the pecking. But it it has gotten to the point of raw skin, he may need to be separated for a day. Then apply plain triple antibiotic ointment twice a day. In a day or two you could then place him back with the flock. If you see more missing feathers, remove him again. My hens lived for several years, but were the lowest in pecking order. I would trim the feathers around their eyes so they could see better.

I agree with the others. It also very well could be the head injury causing the weakness. Crested birds are much more prone to serious head injuries due to their soft vaulted skulls. This means that for a regular chicken breed getting a peck on the head usually means just a small scab wound while a peck to the soft spot on a polish’s head can cause serious permanent damage.

I went to tractor supply and bought the blue and I put that on his head along with antibiotic ointment

Do you think it will take longer for him to heal and act like he was?
