got some goats

I believe boers breed year round.. It's the dairy breeds that are usually seasonal..
 
i done some looking.an the does wont breed till 11 or 12 months old.an can kid 3x in 2yrs.

I would think that was probably advising you to breed at 11-12 months rather then saying that is when they will breed. I know alot of dairy breeders go by 8 months or 80lbs for breeding, I don't like to breed before 18 months. I've heard of doelings being bred as young as 2 months.

I personally keep my bucks and does separate, with some breeds you can have 3 kiddings in two years, but the does wear down alot faster then if they are given atleast a year between kiddings.
 
well these are boar goats.so we will see when they breed.
