I've got two sponges and have been fighting to keep the humidity in the incubator between 40% and 50%. But I have to wet the sponges once every day! It seems like they do fine until they dry up, and then they sap so the moisture up. Not a big problem now, but what do I do around lockdown? Would using just one sponge prevent this?

Try wet warm paper towels scrunch them up and throw them in and see what happens that usually raises it for me.

I'll give them a try tonight or tomorrow. Do they hold humidity well?

Ate you relying on the built in Hygrometers?
No, it is a separate hygrometer and thermometer. I know for sure that the thermometer isn't accurate, but the hydrometer is pretty good.

Were they ever calibrated by you before use?
