I think it's a pullet also. I have a whitish one (not as white as yours) that I wondered about for some time. Its tail and body angle were different from my other EE. Sometimes it is just really difficult to tell with EEs. However, I read that with pea combs that the three rows will be more or less the same height on males, but with females the middle row will be higher. Don't know if it's true, but I did read it somewhere on BYC.
