She’s very well-named!

It just sort of stuck. I meant to have a bit more imagination, but she is the one with the deformed beak that I have been working on so it was sort of easy to just go: "How is the Beaky one doing today?".
And yeah, with all that pecking I guess it fits!

They will also be getting some younger sisters this summer!
I rehomed one of my pheasant girls and in return a got a pick of some chicks for the new owners to bring on before introducing them to our wee flock.
We're expecting a hamburg, one orpington and two standard silkies to join us later on. It will be fun to mix up the colours and patterns!
