Appenzeller Spitzhauben is how that's spelled. However, I don't know if it's one of those. I think it would need more of a Crest.

I think it’s like polish, they grow into they’re combs.

It looks like a legbar mix, as @penny1960 suggested; the crest, single comb, and barring suggest that heritage.
