Mine has some huge temperature swings in my NR360. Not sure if it is normal or a problem with the Govee or the incubator. I did calibrate it. It swings from 97.6-101.4 in a day

Do you have a single govee or do you have other therrmometers?
Where is the incubator located and what is the range of ambient temperature in the room?
Having three of the govee H5047 thermometers, I would say the issue is with the incubator.
When the incubator temperature is steady, so is the govee reading. I've placed all three next to each other in a hatcher tray. There may be a 0.4 to 0.6 F difference between them but they are steady for days.

I only have 1 govee. I took it out of the incubator last night to see what it did outside of it and the swing is only about 1*. I have a new incubator coming so I can return this one since I was leaning towards the incubator.

I have govee as well and calibrated and does not differ in readings very much, if any.
Thanks. ok it must be my incubator then. I have a new one coming and think it will be in tomorrow. I will get it set up and running with the Govee in it and hopefully it is a bit more consistent with the temp and I can transfer my eggs over to that one.

I have 3 GQF sportsman, two incubators and a hatcher. They are the old 2200 series but are still pretty reliable yet they are in a room with the heat register closed so ambient temperature varies a bit and the govee shows that the incubators can fluctuate between day and night temps but do better when I cover the tops with some insulation.
So your problem may have more to do with ambient air temperature than the incubator itself.

Having it out on the counter for 24 hrs it didn't seem to fluctuate much though. I mean maybe 1-2* from night to day, but fairly steady.
