Grain bin coop insulation and wintering?

Ours were recently moved because we sold a quarter of land so they weren’t bolted down yet.

Gotcha.
I swear wind storms hit at the worst times. Last year we were a couple days away from filling our above ground pool for the year. It had made it through the whole winter no problem. But one wind storm rolls through and folded the whole thing in half😫
I really hate wind. Haha.

Oh no that’s rough! Yeah spring wind storms are the worst.

I am looking to make a larger chicken coop out of a small, already owned grain bin. I have plans for summer weather which are relatively simple. But for winter, I don’t know how to insulate a space this large cost effectively. Hay? I have winters of up to negative 50 Celsius, and if I can’t keep them over the winter, what do I do with a medium sized flock? Any suggestions on insulation and heating options or how to get rid of a flock that size?
That is tough...
I would be tempted to get geese... then eat them in the fall when it gets cold.

Those temps are just very difficult.
