Grain feed

I had 100 chicks last year and I changed there food and 37 of them died two days later does anyone know why

Thats is definitely not enough information to even make an educated guess on What was the feed you were on? What did you switch to? Other environmental changes? What breed? Also when you get losses like that you should REALLY call the state vet so they can come out and test the birds.
