Hi, I have read a couple of threads about chickens eating grapes but not to let them eat the seeds.
I live in Northern Portugal and most of our land is covered in grape vines, specifically red grapes for wine. My chickens have free range of the land and the grapes have ripened and some are starting to drop and the chickens are in heaven (hopefully not drunk but certainly happy) eating up every grape they can find. Most of this area of Portugal is covered in vines and every household has chickens that free range, and they all seem healthy, though the Portuguese don't keep chickens as pets generally, they are eaten, so maybe ill side effects wouldn't be noticed as they don't live long enough! But my chickens ARE pets, so should I be concerned?
