We had issues with foxes earlier this year also

Thanks. I was actually about the only flock owner that didn't suffer losses. Neighbor lost their entire flock including two nice roosters I'd given them and we found guinea and white chicken feathers around our pond....we have neither. Turns out the female fox was raising babies under a neighbor's seasonal vacation cabin. He found piles of chicken bones under his porch. I have my run and coop as predator proof as is possible. Metal siding, hot wire, chain link fencing and netting. I saw fox prints around the outside of the run but nothing got through.

Even if you don't see a predator around. Trust me they are there and just waiting for you to let your guard down.

I have lost the most of my flock to foxes
