Unless predator was able to work on carcass for at least two days, I think no a raptor did most of consuming. Coyote or fox would pack carcass off. Raccoon will often consume item at or near kill site and remove feathers as carcass is processed. Feathers removed by racoon will have a wetted look and be taken off in large clumps like shown in image.

Having multiple critters work carcass is very possible and far from rare but more evidence needed. Setup up a game camera fixed on carcass to see who comes out.
