Is it ok to throw the grass clippings in with the Cornish crosses? Mine are 3 weeks old now and just moved outside in a big pen. I'd also like to give them table scraps. Will either grass clippings or table scraps harm them? This is my first time with meat birds.

As long as they've got access to grit, table scraps and some grass clippings are valuable nutrition. Just like layers though, make sure the grass clippings are fairly dry, spread out and small enough that it won't impact a crop. Also realize that your growth rate will change once these 'natural' elements are introduced. Feed is made to create fast growth. Grass isn't fast growth, or CX would have developed millenia ago!

Thanks, that was what I was thinking. It makes sense that it would slow growth down a bit. I'm fine with that I'd like them to take some time and develop a bit slower. It seems like they grow at light speed. I'll let the grass dry out for a few days.
