Gray chick? Not blue....what is it?

I bought a set of chicks from the local feed store. No idea what they are......4 blue (one with feathers on leg), 1 reddish, 1 reddishorange, 1 black, 1 polish?, and 1 little grayish white chick.

This picture is a good comparison to the "blue" chicks and the other colors.

When I was at the feed store buying food today, they had 1 more left. I am tempted to get it.......but what the heck is it?

the white chick looks a lot like my cochin chick i got.... i believe my cochin chick i got is a columbian cochin.

splash? any dark flecks on it?

I'm thinking maybe splash? Its face is slightly darker (you can see it in the pics a tiny bit)...it is not feathering in "white"...but a very light gray. Looks like there may be some specks on some of the newer feathers. It'll be easier to tell in another week.

Now....what kind of bird? Has a single comb......no feathers on legs (so, not cochin, brahma......)

Any ideas?

It's a splash something. Doubt any feedstore would have splash Orps unless they got them locally. Splash Andalusian? What else comes in splash?

Some of the "blue" chicks are black, white, or a combination of black and white. I don't know if this is true in all breeds because I'm no expert. We have Blue Andalusians and along with all the blue ones, there are 2 black and a white. When we ordered from the hatchery there was a disclaimer that some would come out black or white. I have read this about the blue color in other breeds also.

This feed store has both shipments from a hatchery and birds hatched out by one of the employees (who is never there when I go). I got my two RIR from the local batch (a few months ago). This was I believe part of a McMurray shipment.....as I was there picking up my 3 from the shipment. This was in the same bin......a separate bin had the polish and the biggest blue feather legged one....along with some silkies. I think those were the local hatch.

I have all the blue chicks as well...are those Blue Andalusians? You can see them in one of the pics. One is feather legged and a little bigger.....believe it was a local hatch. No idea what it is!
