Hi Sour.

Nope, that’s why my hands smelled so bad, and they still do. I’m going to chop the tops off today and I’m going to wear gloves.
We are very lucky that missed us. It sounded like it got ugly in a lot of places. We only got 3/4” of rain. Hubby’s cousin got 6.5” of rain the night before. Crazy weather.

How do you store all those onions, do you have a drying rack or hang them up?

Normally, we don’t grow that many onions. I usually just keep them in my gorilla wagon and let them dry in the sun and then put them in the garage at night. We’ve never used the skid steer. I’m not sure how I will do it this time around. Usually they are in the garden all of August, but because of all the rain they got pulled. The boys each took home a dozen. My friend is taking some tomorrow. I usually keep a fridge drawer full and that keeps until the next year’s harvest.
We got a trace of rain the night his cousin got all that rain. I wish the weather would normalize.

I was outside earlier and planned on weeding around the veggies. About 10 minutes of that was enough for me. I filled the bird feeder and then came in to do inside chores.
