Greasy feathers

How do I get greasy antibiotics ointment out of feathers?
She’s injured so I can’t really dunk her in a dish soap bath.
I was thinking maybe I can get corn starch on her greasy feathers and wipe it off???

It’s triple antibiotic ointment.
She was attacked by the dogs. Her neck has no skin on the back of it and I’m applying antibiotics everyday.

I ended up putting baby powder on her feathers to see if that’ll soak up the grease.
Hopefully it doesn’t get too heavy for her.
