Have to sell my female GP, she is not good with fowl even after lots of training. She is good with goats, pigs, emu, horses, mini horses, llama, alpaca etc.. and other GP's. We just don't click, so hoping to find her a home with someone that she will.
Pic is from a few months back. Just asking what I paid for her.

Ours was the same way. GP's are very hard headed, but smart. You will have to work with her some more. She's only 5 months old and still very much a puppy. You can expect a puppy to grow up overnight and be a perfect guard dog. They are all going to make mistakes. That's how they learn. Good luck.

If it was that she was playing too rough ot too interested etc.. then not a problem, but she broke into a pen and ate one or 2 of my Madrian ducks and mauled some of my peacocks. This being the second time. I do not want a dog with that much prey drive for fowl. My other GP's had to be trained, but they did not have the drive that she does. : (
