Great time to start molting

So my 15 hens at home are officially starting to molt and have some great mullets.

My question is what can I give them to assist in growing their feathers back before the real cold weather sets in? Or does it even make difference?

You can give them extra protein. It takes a lot of protein to grow new feathers.

This morning my backyard looked like a "feather bomb" went off....til I took my lawn tractor with the lawn sweeper attached and swept the yard heheheh.(It picked up the poop too lol)
