Hi all,
I am an entrepreneur based in Israel, running a biotech startup in the animal nutrition field.
My family and I have been keeping chickens for the last ten years and currently have 14 hens. My ladies are Leghorns, RIRs, and Brahmas. In the past, I had Orpingtons and Barred Plymouth Rocks.
My favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens are getting my kids closer to nature and having them appreciate the food they eat.
Besides the chickens, we have a sweet Australian Sheppard and a thriving garden.
