Greed and red on legs?

Noticed one of my girls limping. Soaked her leg and this is what I see. Not sure what happened. I sprayed with vetericyn and put neosporin and wrapped it up. Does this just look like an injury or is something else maybe going on? Anything else I should do?

The green is bruising. Is there anything that could have been caught around her foot? See how the sores go around her ankle and it is almost indented? That paired with bruising usually means something was caught around her foot or her foot was stuck in something.

It’s definitely possible. We free range them for a few hours almost everyday. So I would not be surprised if something wrapped around it. I thought someone still was but didn’t see anything when I looked at it closer
